Mark has managed my property from 2017 until now. They have excellent relationships with both me and the tenants. He always willing to spend time to explain and discuss issues with us. Even in the hard time ( covid ), There are no tenants leave the centre and agree to good rent increases, which is fantastic. Their team maintain presentation of the shopping centre to a very high standard, No rent arrears. They send me Professional and clear reporting twice a month.
